VPN connection is completely unreliable, it fails while surfing and thats frustrating. proxy option never worked for me.

Worked allright for few days, once subscribed for 6 months connection kept failing. Their support blamed it on my internet connection. But it failed also at my office and at my parent’s house. All 40mbps connections.

it disconnect so many times and thier customer service it worse and using on multi devices is complicated

i have reneewd ittwice for the same month. the money has been charged but the subscription shows only valid till 14th August 2016. When it should be september and october. I have deleted the app and then reinstalled it as well but yet the same. is there any valid contact detail to connect with these guys.

Works as well as Astrill for Europe and Canada from the U.S.. A 1-hour HD video streamed from the U.K. without stuttering. Live video also viewed without stuttering. Speedtest results for the European IPs connected via PPTP range from 4-7 mbps download and around 2 mbps for upload, and around 19 mbps download and more than 2 mbps upload for Canada. A download speed of 3.5 mbps or more is usually sufficient for HD video, 1.5 mbps or more is usually sufficient for standerd definition (SD) video. Australia is too slow for even SD video. I was getting download speeds of 0.3 mbps from the Adelaide server- so unless this is a temporary malfunction, this does not yet appear to be a useful app for Aussie expats in the U.S. unless they are going to use the U.K. server to obtain access to services that are redundant with Australia. It is worth keeping in mind that these services involve relaying data through an extra server in the country of choice, and this markedly slows down speeds. I am also starting with a 50 mbps internet service. Others with markedly slower services will not get the same results. For example, one cannot expect 7 mbps download speeds when using a 2 mbps download service. Anyone using this app for video purpose will probably need a 20 mbps download service with no monthly download caps (i.e. business Comcast, rather than consumer Xfinitiy Comcast which has a 250 GB per month cap). This app is fairly priced, considering that it is missing some bells and whistles other more expensive services such as Astrill and VPNUK have such as openVPN, and direct web proxy based connections (VPNUK) that increase the internet speed by eliminating the extra node slowdown issue. However, VPN One Click is slightly easier than Astrill to use, and much easier than VPNUK to use, PPTP and L2TP connections will suffice most of the time.

This app works great if you want to get vpn, you dont have to use your credit card but instead money from your Apple account. However the price of the packages they offer are overrated, if the one month package would be $0.99 and the 1-year $9.99 then i think itll gain more downloads and more ratings. Best of luck!

UPDATE: Very proactive support service. They contact and assist me with a new configuration. It is working fine now. Thanks. I am using this app from China. It worked fine for about 2 weeks. Now, most of the time cannot access their servers and when you do it doesnt make any difference (still you cannot access facebook, google, you tube).

My real rating: 4.27 stars. I bought this just before travel to Central America, where WEP seems to be the standard of "security" for WiFi networks. It works well on my iPhone and MacBook Pro. The occasional disconnects are easily remedied by, uh, reconnecting. (Some users seem to have been troubled by this.) If one wipes the configuration files, or an OS tantrum does that for one, a simple click of the button will restore them. The one contact Ive had with their customer service team was very professional and spot on.

Worse than bad. Works poorly and extremely slow. They dont tell you that you get a free trial so I blew $3 on a trial. I know its only $3 but I still dont like to throw away money. On top of everything it breaks safari and makes it unusable. DO NOT USE

I try the free trail for one day it was fine so I decided to subscribe for a month first. It worked well for one day after that, then it couldnt connect, and on the status showing I have no subscription found… very disappointing.

This application is hideous. the Icon feels very "un-maclike" with it’s giant ugly badge that reminds me of something a mall security guard would wear. Then there’s the application (I’m using the term ‘application’ very loosely) which is nothing is nothing more than a bunch of flags barfed out and looks like a flyer for a 4th grade Model UN class. That said, the applications works about as well as I could honestly expect any VPN solution to work that managed to get through the Apple approval process. So despite thinking it lacks it the esthetics department, it works exactly as promised... 5/5 stars!

Having talked with a customer service person about the VPNOneClick Pro product, I felt their answer seemed that the use of this app was limited and mis-leading. My question was to them: Does this software protect your passwords/other data on your computer while using a WIFI hot spot (coffee shop) internet connection. There answer was NO! it does not work at a public WIFI connection such as a Coffee shop or an Airport!!! I asked then, where does it work? Their answer: ONLY on your HOME Wifi connection. Now I live in a single family dwelling (house) and the wifi signal may go 30-50 ft in any given direction but unless someone is parked out at the curb, I only have 2 neighbors that could, if tech savvy, acquire data or information, not a major issue. Now if you live in a large apartment complex or townhouse, I can see some use for this app., even with a direct cable feed, but NOT at the price they are offering. I suggest that you use the free trial and then consider the security risk. There are other apps. that WILL provide protection (tunneling) and at Public WIFI spots where this one apparently does not. The product did install and work as they designed it, but you decide if it is something you can benefit from.

Before using the program I was looking for a free vpn service like a crazy man. Just because I always used free ones for years, it felt really weird to pay for a vpn service. because I was just gonna do some simple (but long-time) work. after the trial I observed high bandwidth connection, long-term connections without any problem and many choices of vpn servers. I think it is pretty good for its price.

I really love this program, It was working super fine until I downloaded the last update… after it sometimes Im losing my connection, and everything is slower.

well, I have to say this softwars is so poor, indeed I can access the websites that are prohibitted in mainland China, the speed of the vpn connection is so low, to open a webpage like Bloomberg takes almost 10 seconds. And it is definetly not due to my network condition. Hope the software could be improved in this respect.
