I bought the 1 month subscription, then tried to sign up to a few forums , to find out ALL the IPs have been banned from the forums, so i find ONE working IP, the livechat asks me if i want to make it static, then say they dont offer that to customers. I recommend DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR VALUE FOR MONEY!

This is the only app i know that you can actually real time live chat with someone who will help you through a problem. I had a problem because im not that good with this stuff.. I went on and they coached me through it! Amazing

vpn is a good for me and my frend

This product rarely functions correctly. You click on connect and 2 out of 5 times it will work. Most of the time you end up staring at the wheel spinning round and round.

lately i could not connect on internet once i connected on vpn, and after i paid the second day i found as long as i connected on vpn i can not get on any web. once i disconnected vpn i can use the internet right away. when i contact the service supports they just give those useless tips, and finnaly they would not even offer me the manual configuration link. After i ask so many times they still refused me or give me excuses like they do not have or they will let the supervisor send me the link and then it never happens. Very disappointed !!!! Do not buy !

Like the annual price, which I paid. However, each time I click on one of the flags (this is how you connect to a VPN server), I get disconnected after a few minutes. This makes the service pretty unreliable if I have to be "invisible" for any length of time. I used it today with my mortgage company. After three minutes of being VPN connected, I was disconnected. This is something the company needs to look into and fix.

Initially I gave this app a 5 star review (left unchanged below). Then I read a report that explained one fot the actinos that can get put onto a watch list in the US, is suspeciious behaviour like signing onto forgein VPN servers. Granted, _breathing_ gives them 40 years cart blanch wiretapping over you and everyone you know, but I’m not dinging the software company for the NSA instanity, the problem is that the US VPN servers never work for me. I’ve dealt with support several times (they even have live-chat support available, by the way), but no luck. Original review as five stars: This is the most straightforward, comprehensive VPN application I’ve ever used. After installing it I was directed to a URL where I downloaded a configuration file that installed *40* VPN access points. Clicking on any flag in the UI now connects me via that VPN. Totally simple, bravo! Note that usage requires a subscription. It’s a little pricey, but not outrageous compared to others I’ve seen, and it imposes no data limits, which was *not* the case for a different solution I tried. - 1 month $3, - 6 months is $14, or - a year for $20. All unlimited data.

some IP works really well, but some cant connect! And I cant compelete the subscription, let me connect Apple support?

everytime i try to buy it the app store will not load!

I was thinking this program will help in watching live TV while surfing the internet. It turns out to be a tool to create a fake IP address for you. It is good for some people who wants to do that. I found it completely useless if what you wants only is watching live TV.

I tried this as a trial version and it worked great. Once I purchased it in February I had nothing but problems. Everytime I contacted support it was a nightmare! It took forever and I was always told the same thing, we have re-activated your account, give it a few days and it will work. O.o Well, it worked for a day! I finally stopped using it because it was so aggravating, but received an Apple Store update today so it refreshed my memory and I thought I paid for this, I want this thing to work. I updated it and surprise surprise- it doesnt work. I went into chat support and they told me it was expired, that I bought it on in April for only FOUR days and it expired already. I told them that was not correct, I paid for a year subscription. They asked me for my email receipt and I told him I was pretty sure I didnt have it, that was from months ago! He asked me to keep looking. Luckily I was able to find my purchase information in the Apple Store. This took me about 20 mins to find the info he insisted he needed. I provided him with everything, invoice number, order number, date, etc etc. He said htat was not enough and I needed ot purchase the product AGAIN and he would give me a refund. Umm…no, sorry, not going to by this crappy app twice! We arugued back and forth for awhile and finally my email search had a hit and I found the email receipt he insisted he needed. Guess what? It was the exact same thing as what I had given him from the Apple Store receipt! There was not one item that was different! He wasted over a half hour of my time because he didnt want to correct my subscription information, essentially stealing my money or issue me a refund. I asked him why he needed this when the information was a duplicate of what I provided from the Apple Store and he refused to answer me. He then disconnected chat. I am requestin a full refund and I am storngly advising no one buy this app. Each time I have contacted their suppot Ihave gotten the run around about fixing my inablility to connect, basically telling me they can not help me. This company is a scam and a rip off. If I could give them less than one star I would.

The BEST VPN service you can use in China!!

lots of bugs. starts to freak out for no apparent reason. also no auto reconnect. lots of vpn portals but thats the only good thing about it.

It seemed to connect fine at first but within the first five minutes of use - it just slowed my browswer down. It seemed like I was back using a dial-up internet connection. If I could give it zero for it’s extreme lack of usefulness, I would.

Very buggy app and complete waste of download and money. Barley works constintatly discconects and no auto reconnect. Complete waste of 2.99 for the 1 month subscriprion needed to so called use. WOuldnt recommend this to anyone.

The problem that I have with this app is that there apparently is no way to uninstall it. In fact, I haven’t been able just to *quit* it! I’ve used every search-engine known to man and deleted every bit of VpnOneClick Pro that I can find. Yet, there it is, still in my Menu Bar and still in my Network prefpane, I. just. can’t. stand. it.

I have been using this proxy for 7-8 motnhs (I have no idea how I managed to use it for so long without breaking my computer), and I can honestly say that this is THE worst paid product I have ever used. I mainly use the proxy to go on facebook and talk to my friends, even after I paid $20 for a years use of it, the internet speed was much to slow. It would literally take a minute to load facebooks main page. Regardless, if youre considering using this app, please DONT. Its a waste of time, energy, and money and we only have a limited amount each of those!

i bought this app and subscribe for a month and after two days i bought a new mac and when i reinstall it all my one month sibscription was gone. how can i reactivate it please help.
