worst support ever. Does not work on Yosemite.

I have been using this VPN for a little over a year. Contrary to other reviews, this works relatively well for me, but I found myself using onlt 3-5 different servers, not the full 40, because other servers lacked the speed needed for Youtube, and I had to keep updating my configuration as China blacklisted the servers I used. On the whole, though, its a good app for bypassing the ‘great firewall

I’ve been using this for a while now across the world. It works great in the MidEast and in China where many sites are blocked. The least reliable connection is the USA, but Canada works fine, allowing Skype and other connetions. If you’re trying to do Netflix or other streaming, this probably won’t work. If you’re trying to do basic web access I’ve had no issues. Skype is good except at times in the MIdeast, resulting in numerous dropped connections. Trying different countries often works, but is ia hit or miss challenge. Overall, for the price, I find it a good bargain.

This is the worstes App I ever bought! So much issues and no help! Also, I decided to get rid of this App - forgett it! I still have some remaining files on my MacBook and can’t delete it.

It just says connection fails and doesnt work

it works but it is slow. and i need re-connect every 10 mins.

I filed a ticket, explaining the issue I was experiencing and detailing the steps I had taken. Their response was that I should do the exact things I’ve already told them I’ve done. If they can’t be bothered to read a simple paragraph I’m not going to bother renewing their spotty, prone-to-fail service.

i have been using this app for a while now, yes it is cheap in price and also in the service it provides! the vpn keeps disconecting which is annoying when you are using it. Also, if you want to stream videos, DO NOT DO IT WITH THIS APP! because you will hate the video itself! it keeps lagging a lot! wish i could get a refund on what i have paied but the terms inssest that i cannot.

I downloaded this application April 25th 2016 and set it all up as per the instructions. Could not get it to work. Then I noticed my trial ended April 9th. That’s over TWO WEEKS before I ever downloaded it. So I am tossing it as I have spent too much time on this and am in NO mood to fight over this discrepancy. I know you have to pay but I figured I’d have a few days to see if it even works. It should not say Price: Free. It does NOTHING until you pay. and then who knows if even then...
