Very poor support service and unable to configure the settings.
I renewed my subscription today and tried to do the configuration without success, the link was not working even after i reinstalled everything, and i even paid one more month so that i can get back into my account, and the extra subscription didn’t show up in the app. So i asked for help from the support (got this operator called mike), and after waiting for more than twenty minutes, all the response i got was to ‘wait’ and ‘the problem will be fixed in 12 hours’. I asked for a link to the configuration and didn’t get a response. When i asked for a refund, the operator just ignored me for another ten minutes, and finally just threw me a link to apple support. It’s not even a matter of money, i wasted a whole two hours just trying to make the connection work, which finally didnt!
It’s really a pity since the app was working well before this incident, but i will not be using it again. Poor poor service and even worse support.
