Really bad app. Cant connect. Cant share with my other apple divices, it doenst recognize he redeem code. and Support dont help you at all. After 3 hours with them online, nothing was solved!!! horrible!!!!

It’s a good app… but, it decreased my Internet speed from 15MB to 5MB. Im using it only for listen to UK radio stations.

100 percent recommended. Now I am able to listen to my favorite LA Radio Broadcaster from germany.

in my country we are so limited for accessing to many popular sites and networks… and your app was solved our problem …. ill be make a subscribe for 12 month ...

This is an absolutely amazing app. It works just as described, you click on any VPN once and it connects. The rates are great. Here is what I think needs to be improved to be absolutely amazing: 1. Polish the interface! The main screen looks like very outdated, and is quite ugly. If they used the same amazing logo design as they do within their app, it would be great (specially that its now on the Mac App Store!) 2. Give user the option to have the app running in the taskbar instead of the dock. 3. Allow multiple Macs to use the same subscription (just like iOS devices can share a subscription). To use 2 macs with the app, you have to be subscribed to the same service twice. Other than that, it does its job, but I guess it will only get better with time. Thank you to the developers!

BUT, I cant seem to be able to renew my subscription! The Apple store seems to think I have already purchased it and wont let me in again to pay. I have sent an email to VPNs support email but no reply as yet.

Certain websites are blocked. I was on support with a while - they were painfully unhelpful and indirect with respect to my questions (ie I cannot connect to sites x and y. Are they being blocked?). Eventually they admitted that certain sites are blocked completely. This would be a 3 star rating had the support not been so deliberately obtuse in during chat.

The app claims to have more than 30 VPN servers, yet 80% of them doesnt work in mainland China, at all! The rest 20% works only sometimes, and the service are not stable. Sometimes the connection lasts only half a minute, sometimes it lasts 3 hours. I have been a user of this app since Aug 2012, back then the service were at least stable, and therefore I subscribed for another year. If the app doesnt fix its server connection problems, I will for sure stop subscribing to it.

The service works terribly slowly in China, and support is simply unable to help, compounding the fact that the service DOESNT WORK with the fact that Support DOESNT KNOW WHY.

I renewed my subscription today and tried to do the configuration without success, the link was not working even after i reinstalled everything, and i even paid one more month so that i can get back into my account, and the extra subscription didn’t show up in the app. So i asked for help from the support (got this operator called mike), and after waiting for more than twenty minutes, all the response i got was to ‘wait’ and ‘the problem will be fixed in 12 hours’. I asked for a link to the configuration and didn’t get a response. When i asked for a refund, the operator just ignored me for another ten minutes, and finally just threw me a link to apple support. It’s not even a matter of money, i wasted a whole two hours just trying to make the connection work, which finally didnt! It’s really a pity since the app was working well before this incident, but i will not be using it again. Poor poor service and even worse support.

This doesn’t work as promised. Wasted my money on a subscription and the thing constantly disconnects and wont let me into restricted sites. There’s a free app (Surfeasy) for iphone and ipad that works a hell of a lot better AND it lets you into restricted sites!

The app installs 28 vpn profiles in system preferences / network which you can’t delete and they provide no means to uninstall

I used to like this as a cheap VPN service into Europe. On the whole, it did what I expected, though sometimes it would require a few retries to get an IP address in the intended country. I could live with that, but what I can’t live with is that the price has gone up nearly 50% in recent times and it’s still as buggy as before. Thus, I won’t be renewing my annual subscription when it expires this time around.

However, when I try to connect it, “No response from sever”. I was waiting for Japanese VPN for long time, so please fix it. Thank you.

It is a user friendly app, BUT my opionon pick other options. When you subscribe they start counting down for you expiration date but you cant use the app because you wait for payment is delivered to them. In the main time your days are passing. Not even need to mention that they have very bad support service. Again my opiion: Dont even think about to install the app. GO SEE OTHERS.
