My trial ended two weeks before I had the app

I downloaded this application April 25th 2016 and set it all up as per the instructions. Could not get it to work. Then I noticed my trial ended April 9th. That’s over TWO WEEKS before I ever downloaded it. So I am tossing it as I have spent too much time on this and am in NO mood to fight over this discrepancy.
